Pass Logic
Request Process:
- Student submits request
- Warden reviews & approves
- Gate pass with QR generated
- Exit scan at gate
- Return scan on entry
Pass Types:
- Day Pass: Out before 6 PM
- Night Out: Out after 6 PM
- Weekend: 2-3 days
Requirements:
- Parent OTP for night-out
- Emergency contact required
- Max 4 passes per month
